The Service-Dominant Architecture enables innovative interactions with existing legacy systems. Through the System of Data, our platform makes your solution-relevant data available for the digital services across all divisions. This enables your partners and end customers to access and use this data. Every change is automatically saved back into the connected systems, because the System of Data allows two-way access.

In this way, the platform creates the link between data from existing systems and new applications. Defined interfaces even allow the configuration and further development of the application by the customer company itself. The data security of the service platform is guaranteed at all times. Our extensive experience with sensitive data, including health data, comes from our many projects in the insurance industry. This is why many valuable applications from insurance portfolio management systems are already available on the platform today.

1Partner and insurance

The SDA platform contains all relevant data of the policyholder and the insured persons. In addition to this data, all applications, contracts and any communication between the end customer and the insurance company can be stored in detail and including linked documents.
